Engineering spans a vast array of disciplines and includes the following:

Electrical Engineer
The Electrical Engineer supports the design, development, debugging, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems and subsystems. Specific circuit development efforts may range from simple electronic interconnects to complex system designs. This position requires at least two years’ experience in embedded hardware design. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent work experience is required.

Software Engineer
The Software Engineer is responsible for writing applications which interact with our printers and give our customers a better user experience. This position requires at least two years of development experience. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.

Firmware Engineer
The Firmware Engineer is responsible for the design, development, debugging, testing, and maintenance of firmware development efforts. Firmware Engineers generate source code for various Assembly or "C" based functions, routines, tasks, modules, device drivers, or algorithms. This position requires three years’ experience in electronic hardware design, device driver development, or embedded design. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience is required.

Mechanical Engineer
The Mechanical Engineer supports product developers in the design and development of new products. Other areas of responsibility include drawing board layout and interpretation and implementation of customer specifications and documentation requirements. This position requires two years of experience within a high-volume production environment including Pro-E experience. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent work experience is required.

 
The Business Systems Analyst ensures delivery of high quality business solutions that integrate with Zebra's technical environment through the design and implementation of various business improvements with measurable benefits. The Business Systems Analyst works with key stakeholders to gather and document critical business requirements while partnering with a team of developers, designers and architects throughout the project life cycle. This position requires three to seven years’ business analysis experience in a manufacturing environment. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting, or equivalent work experience is required.

 
The Inside Sales Representative promotes the sale of Zebra products, supports the achievement of sales objectives, and generates sales within specifically assigned accounts. This position plays a critical role in assisting with pre- and post-sales activities to support Zebra’s sales force and customer service representatives, as well resellers and end users. Assignments are broad in nature involving assigned call campaigns, product training, joint sales calls, coordination of special needs and requests, and representation at Zebra trade shows and regional seminars. This position requires one to three years of sales, marketing, or customer service experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent work experience is required.

 
The Technical Support Specialist provides primary technical software/hardware support directly to integrators, resellers, and end users of Zebra products. This support includes helping the client understand how to properly install and effectively use our products for their application, identify potential bugs, and recommend enhancements based on user feedback. This position requires three years of technical support experience. Associates degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience is required.

 
The Client Care Representative provides customer service support for established accounts including: fulfillment of special needs and requests; product and tools training; generating and analyzing assigned statistical/control reports; and responding to customer needs. This position requires two to three years’ customer service experience in a call center environment. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

 
The Client Care Data Clerk provides data entry support to the Customer Service Department through efficient management of order fulfillment which is accomplished by accurately entering and processing orders within a specified time frame. This position will also provide support to Client Care Representative inquires as well as general phone assistance to external and internal customers regarding pricing, availability and order status as call levels required. This position requires 1 years of experience in order fulfillment for a manufacturer/distributor and strong computer skills. High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
