Route Sales Representatives (RSR) can use mobile printers to generate accurate receipts invoices, and orders, after reviewing transactions with customers. Printing on demand, on site cuts errors out of the system, and cuts days out of the billing cycle.
Printers can be worn easily with a strap or belt clip, or mounted in the vehicle. The optional Bluetooth wireless interface saves time for vehicle-mounted printing by enabling drivers to initiate the print job remotely. Bluetooth also eliminates the peripheral cable, which improves safety, convenience, and reliability.
Optional 802.11b wireless network connectivity saves time at the distribution center by enabling drivers to receive daily route instructions and updated customer files, and to upload daily transaction history without waiting for docking cradles.
