| What are the program requirements? |
| All Zebra Authorized Service Providers must commit to the following items in order to receive the benefits of the ZASP program. |

ZASP--Independent (North America, Latin America, & Asia Pacific):

| To qualify for the Standard Level, you must be a Zebra reseller and provide: |
|
- Support for the entire Zebra Desktop and Tabletop product lines
- On-site and depot repair of Zebra products
- Printer installation and set-up, including network support
- Maintenance contracts or extended warranties through ZebraCare™
- Telephone support for primary end users
- Service by at least two (five in EMEA) Zebra-certified repair technicians, completely trained on Zebra Tabletop and Desktop printer lines (and recertified every year) who exclusively use genuine Zebra brand parts and printheads. (You must ensure that they are the only technicians who service Zebra brand products.)
- Average on-site repair times of two days; three days for depot repairs
- One complete set of (or access to) current maintenance and user manuals for every technician
| ZASP--Full-Service (NA / LA / AP): |
| To qualify as a Full-Service ZASP, you must provide all the requirements listed above, as well as: |

- At least two Zebra-certified technical support representatives
- A dedicated support phone number available at least eight hours a day, five days a week
- The services of at least three Zebra-certified repair technicians
