Technical Training
Technical training’s goal is to provide Repair Technicians and Sales Engineers with the skills to effectively support the installation, use and repair of Zebra barcode, card and kiosk printers. This will ensure proper printer maintenance and allow for maximum up-time and optimized print quality. Trainees will learn correct printer operation through hands-on activities. This includes:
• Correct loading of media and ribbon
• Set-up of printer
• Preventative maintenance
• Diagnosis of printing problems
• Printer repair
