ZebraCare Depot Standard

  
The standard ZebraCare Depot package covers all labor and parts (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries), cleaning and adjustment, and preventative maintenance at no additional cost – with a three- to five-day turnaround.

ZebraCare Depot standard back-to-factory agreements cover all the labor and parts required to keep your printers operating at the high performance levels you have come to expect from your Zebra® products. All Zebra equipment returned for service under this agreement will receive a complete preventative maintenance procedure and will be returned to you at no additional cost. Extended Warranties (purchased within 30 days of the printer sale) and Maintenance Agreements (purchased more than 30 days after the sale) both receive the same coverage, which includes:

  • All parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories, and batteries)
  • Only genuine Zebra parts installed by factory-trained technicians
  • Required repair of nonfunctioning equipment
  • Cleaning and adjustment
  • Complete preventative maintenance procedure at no cost (high-performance, specialty,
  • and industrial/commercial printers only)
  • Return shipping via ground at no cost
  • 3- to 5-day lead time from date of receipt
  • Engineering changes (ECOs) are automatically applied keeping your printer up to date
