QxD models have a "D" in the third character of the part number. The part number can be found on the barcode label on the back of the printer, see the images below.
QL Plus (QxD) Models
This information is for QxD Models only. After downloading, click on the .exe file to extract the firmware.
PLEASE NOTE: These firmware applications are intended for use on 8 MB/16 MB printers only. Only download these applications to a Q2D, Q3D, or Q4D printer. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEM TO ANY OTHER PRINTER!!
