Cynthia Slotten is currently the Senior Program Manager, Communications, Global Sales, responsible for supporting the Vice President and leadership teams’ communications, leading special projects, and focused on positively impacting the relevance and reputation of Global Sales across Zebra Technologies.
Cynthia has more than 20 years of experience within the technology sector providing corporate, employee, and marketing communications, field sales development, change management, and business leadership. Cynthia began her career at Zebra almost seven years ago as Senior Manager, Knowledge & Learning Production supporting the Zebra Business Transformation Office (BTO) in building One Zebra, where business systems, applications, tools, optimized processes, and culture were integrated after the acquisition of Motorola Solutions Enterprise business.
As the Learning Delivery lead representing Zebra Knowledge Center’s BTO Learning Team, the team was awarded the Brandon Hall Bronze Award for ‘Best Learning Program Supporting a Change Transformation Business Strategy” for work in Release 1 in 2016, and in Release 2 with Accenture Change Management Learning Team, the 2017 Brandon Hall Silver was awarded for the same category supporting Zebra global transformation.
Cynthia is also the Global Communications Lead for Zebra Women’s Inclusion Network (WIN) with more than 850 members across 26 countries and 91 cities.
Cynthia holds a BA, in General Studies concentrating in Spanish and Marketing from DePaul University. Cynthia has been married to her husband, Rob, for 32 years and has a daughter, son and daughter-in-law, along with two Pekingese dogs. When she’s not working, she’s a Zumba® Instructor and spending time with family and friends in the Arizona sunshine.
