Neil Gouveia is the Sales Director for Africa at Zebra Technologies. He is a well-rounded leader with over 15 year’s experience in sales, operations and sales management. In his current capacity as Sales Director, Neil is tasked with execution of Zebra’s global strategy in the local market. This involves building and managing the local team, shaping the culture and go-to-market to ultimately result in positive revenue growth for the business.
Prior to his role in Zebra, Neil was employed by Cisco Systems (the global leader in network solutions) where he held several positions over eight years. In his last position at Cisco, Neil managed the Virtual Sales business across Africa as Operations Manager. He successfully implemented and managed three strategic business hubs in Africa to deliver on high revenue targets for Cisco.
When not traveling, Neil enjoys mountain biking, playing golf, being outdoors and spending time with his wife and kids. He currently resides in Johannesburg, South Africa.
