Patrick Smith is the Chief Customer Officer, responsible for the global sales organization at He brings over 20 years of experience and extensive expertise in advanced analytical applications for Supply Chain Planning & Optimization including advanced machine learning, forecasting, S&OP and Analytics. 

He is an accomplished business leader with experience growing and leading sales teams with a solid track record of delivering customer outcomes and exceeding revenue expectations. Patrick excels at helping clients understand the business value generated from advanced analytics. 

Before, Smith was Managing Director of North America for ToolsGroup and was responsible for sales and operations for North America. He led ToolsGroup through a period of tremendous growth. He held senior leadership roles with sales, consulting services, channel and alliances, and customer success teams reporting to him. Prior to ToolsGroup, Patrick served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Park City Group. 

Patrick has been interviewed in the press and has presented talks on the topics of machine learning, forecasting, and supply chain to trade groups and conferences.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Providence College.
