RFID_STATUS WINAPI RFID_InitializeAccessSequence ( RFID_HANDLE32  readerHandle  )  This function initializes the access sequence such that operations like Read/Write/Kill/Lock/BlockWrite/BlockErase can be performed in a sequence. Parameters: [in]  readerHandle  Handle to the RFID device. Returns: If the function succeeds the return value is RFID_API_SUCCESS.
