This function changes the BlockGroupPassword of the specified BlockGroup if the target tag is a Fujitsu 64K Tag or AreaGroupPassword of the specified AreaGroup if the target tag is a Fujitsu 8K Tag.

Parameters:

`[in]`	readerHandle	Handle to the RFID device.
`[in]`	pTagID	Pointer to the byte array containing Tag ID
`[in]`	tagIDLength	Length of the byte array containing Tag ID
`[in]`	lpChangeBlockOrAreaGroupPasswordAcessParams	Pointer to FUJITSU_CHANGE_BLOCK_OR_AREA_GROUPPASSWORD_ACCESS_PARAMS structure containing the BlockGroup or AreaGroup offset, current Password and the new Password.

Returns:

If the function succeeds the return value is RFID_API_SUCCESS. If the function fails the return value is one of the following:

RFID_API_INVALID_HANDLE Handle provided is invalid
RFID_API_PARAM_ERROR Parameter is invalid.

RFID_ACCESS_FUJITSU_CHANGE_BLOCK_OR_AREA_GROUPPASSWORD_FAILED Failed to perform Burst-Erase on the specified tag(s)

Remarks:

If the BlockGroupPassword is incorrect,the 64K Fujitsu Tag will not respond to the custom operations like ChangeWordLock,ChangeBlockLock.Similarly,if the AreaGrouPassword is incorrect, the 8K Fujitsu Tag will not respond to custom operations like AreaReadLock and AreaWriteLock.
