This function installs the application specified by the user on the reader.

Parameters:
[in] readerManagementHandle 
Handle to the RFID device.
[in] pAppName 
Pointer to the name of the application as in the package metadata to be installed.
[in] pPathToPackage 
Pointer to the Absolute path of the package on the host machine.
[in] autoStart 
Boolean variable specifying whether to the application is to be started automatically on bootup.
Returns:
If the function succeeds the return value is RFID_API_SUCCESS. If the function fails the return value is one of the following:
  • RFID_API_INVALID_HANDLE Handle provided is invalid
  • RFID_API_PARAM_ERROR Invalid parameters.
  • RFID_API_UNKNOWN_ERROR Unknown error during uploading the package to the reader.
Remarks:
RFID_InstallUserApp transfers a user application in the .deb format located in pathToPackage to the absolute remote path appName and installs it. The appName should contain the absolute remote path of the package, for ex: /var/volatile/tmp/package.deb". If the autoStart variable is set to TRUE then the application will be started automatically on every boot-up.
