`[in]`	readerManagementHandle	Handle to the RFID device.
`[out]`	appList	Pointer to USERAPP_LIST structure. Contains the list of installed applications.The pointer is handled by the RFID3 API and the user is not expected to clean up the same.

Returns:

If the function succeeds the return value is RFID_API_SUCCESS. If the function fails the return value is one of the following:

RFID_API_INVALID_HANDLE Handle provided is invalid
RFID_API_PARAM_ERROR Invalid parameters.
RFID_API_CANNOT_ALLOC_MEM Out of memory.

Remarks:: This function gets the list of all applications installed on the reader. If on successful return the appList variable is NULL then there are no applications installed.
