PIC 48613 - "reading in autonomous mode from host turns off the radio" - This issue will not be seen in 5.0.18 Device Dll but can be seen in 5.0.18 Host Dll. The fix in Device Dll is automatically being carried over to this release.

Introduced BUFFER_FULL_EVENT in addition to BUFFER_FULL_WARNING_EVENT. BUFFER_FULL_WARNING_EVENT will be issued once when Dll-Queue is 90% full. BUFFER_FULL_EVENT will be issued for each tag that is being discarded when the queues are 100% full.

RFID_Reconnect API to keep track of LLRPConfigurationStateValue so as to fail a reconnect attempt when LLRPConfigurationStateValue has changed across the two connections. Added new error code RFID_RECONNECT_FAILED.

Added CONNECTION_INFO structure in RFID_Connect API so as to mention RFID_VERSION; reserved parameter (last parameter of API) is used for this. This is to allow applications using Dll version 1.0 to be have full backward compatible functionality and newer Applications to get support for newer Dlls.
