#3 Reader Management Commands: The current APIs support very minimal features of RM. There is a need to support most of the RM commands over APIs, so that whatever is currently possible through webconsole can be achieved by using our APIs. This include the new features that are being added as part of Falcon 1.1 program like GPIO debounce, Activesync/RNDIS switching, OSupdate using push mechanism etc. #5 Reader Statistics support: Support all the reader statistics supported in Merlin/Ozone readers.
The following features of ReaderManagementCommands will be exposed via API3 1.1:

Profile.Delete: Deletes the given profile

Profile.SetActive: Sets the given profile as active

SetUSBOperationMode: Sets the USB operation mode to either Active Sync or Network

GetUSBOperationMode(Active Sync or Network): Gets the USB operation mode

GPIDebounceTime: Gets/Set the GPI Debounce Time
-
SetUserLED: Allows to set the Color of LED, duratio to glow and whether to blink or not
-
SetLocalTime: Sets the reader local time
-
GetLocalTime: Gets the reader local time
-
TimeZone.GetTimeZoneList: Gets the supported time zone list

TimeZone.SetActive Sets Time Zone based on the zero-based index from the list retrived from Get Time Zone List

ReaderInfo.GetReaderInfo: Get Reader Info like name, description, location and contact

ReaderInfo.SetReaderInfo: Set Reader Info like name, description, location and contact

ReaderStatistics.GetStats: Gets the reader statistics for the specified Antenna

ReaderStatistics.ClearStats: Resets the reader statistics

GetHealthStatus: Get Health Status extended to provide the status of LLRP Server Running
Symbol.RFID3.ReaderManagement class will be extended to have above methods.

The .NET wrapper CAPIAccess will be extended new functions

Known Issue No1 - In Set User LED API, the LED_OFF enum is not turning off the LED, this issue will be confirmed with Merlin 1.1 team.

A specific version of .NET Dll should always be used along with the C-Dll released along with it.

Ensure backward compatibility of API31.1 Dll with API31.0 Applications (Sample Applications, API31.0 Testcases). Wherever existing structures have been expanded out of RESERVED fields, its to be ensured that if older applications are executed, there should not be any access violations due to unintialized fields.
APIs which are taking string input should be tested for both ANSI and UNICODE.
