#6 REQUIREMENT NAME : APIs writing just EPCs or TID serial numbers The existing APIs for writing to any memory bank are very generic and require users to be aware of the memory map as per Gen2 protocol to write the data correctly into memory banks. There has been request from application developers to have APIs to provide more abstraction so that the can use the APIs to directly write EPC,PC or serial number without worrying about memory offsets and bank id.
The following features will be exposed via API3 1.1.

Symbol.RFID3.TagAccess class will be extended to have above methods

The existing CAPIAccess.C1G2AccessOperation class can not be used to support these access functions since the existing implementation based on the ACCESS_OPERATION_CODE. So, new method C1G2SpecificFieldWriteAccessOperation added to perform the write specific fields operations

WriteTagID: For a specific tag, the user can use method WriteTagID to write tagID without providing the offset and the memory bank details. WriteKillPassword: For a specific tag, the user can write the Kill Password directly. WriteAccessPassword: For a specific tag, the user can write the Access Password directly.
