Jenna Stanley is Vice President, Global Support & Managed Services at Zebra Technologies. She is responsible for services product line management and delivery operations worldwide, including services renewals and sales. She brings over a decade of service experience leading and growing Professional, Support and Managed/Hosted Cloud Services. Her recent role includes responsibility for Zebra Visibility Services, customizable data services that enable customers to optimize mobile device health and uptime.
In her operational roles at Sprint, Nortel, Avaya and Zebra, she has successfully transformed global delivery and business models across a variety of scenarios, including creating centralized global technical support and Operations Centers of Excellence, standing up cloud/hosted service delivery operations and managing large insource and outsourcing call center, repair and lifecycle sales programs to optimize cost, quality and business agility. Her focus on client experience, collaboration and strong communications has allowed her to lead change effectively within and across organizations.
In addition to deep operations expertise, Stanley's 25+ years of experience includes ongoing leadership accountability for business transformation, commercial deals desk and revenue assurance and product marketing. She has successfully led multiple global price and portfolio transformation initiatives to drive revenue growth, improve EBITDA and increase market share.
Stanley earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics & Psychology from Duke University and her Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She has served on the TSIA Managed Service Advisory Board where she collaborated with peers on industry best practices. She is based at Zebra Technologies' global headquarters in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
