Mike Millman is the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Zebra’s Specialty Printer Group. He is responsible for all hardware and software development in Zebra’s mobile, card, desktop, tabletop and kiosk product categories.
Before joining Zebra in April 2009, Mr. Millman spent 15 years in various roles of product development at Hewlett-Packard (HP) that included director of design & development, director of engineering, and business team lead for the DeskJet and Photosmart product lines. In addition, he served as HP’s executive sponsor for the HP/Stanford University Relations team.
Mr. Millman earned a masters certificate in engineering science and management from Stanford University and a bachelor of science degree in mechanical engineering from Oregon State University. He also completed executive courses in leading innovation and developing successful product and technology strategy from MIT’s Sloan School of Management. His continuing education has also covered Leading for Results, Advanced Risk Management, Advanced Marketing Strategies, Winning on Main Street, Putting Customers First and Breakaway Leadership.
Mr. Millman is an innovator at heart. He has been awarded 8 U.S. patents as part of his work with HP and has 2 more currently in process with Zebra.
