Zebra Printer Replacement Trade-In Programme
Terms & Conditions
Zebra Printer Replacement Trade-In Programme (the "Programme") Overview
Zebra channel partners who purchase qualifying Zebra bar code printers between July 30th, 2012 and December 31st, 2012, will be eligible for a rebate upon Zebra's receipt of a correctly completed Trade-in Application form. For the purpose of this Programme, channel partner is any of the following: a Zebra Authorised Distributor, Premier Partner, Advanced Partner or Associate Partner.
The total rebate amount will be based on a 1:1 ratio of number of qualifying Zebra printers purchased and the number of qualifying printers traded in (i.e., the rebate is payable on the number of qualifying printers where a Trade-in Application form has been received, when an equal number of qualifying Zebra printers are purchased). The programme is available only to Zebra channel partners located in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.
Qualifying Trade-In Printers: Zebra S4M, Stripe and 2746e printers, Zebra Desktop printers or any thermal transfer and direct thermal printers of any other brands are eligible for the trade-in rebate.
How to Apply for the Trade-In Rebate
- After you have purchased a qualifying Zebra bar code printer, register for your rebate by completing a Trade-in Application form at www.emea.zebra.com/en/trade_in.
- The correctly completed application must be received by Zebra within 30 days of purchase of the printer by channel partner (not being a Zebra Authorised Distributor) from Zebra. In the case of Zebra Authorised Distributors, the correctly completed application must be received by Zebra within 45 days of purchase of the printer by Zebra Authorised Distributor from Zebra.
- If there are questions related to your claim, you may be contacted by your Zebra Account Manager. If you have questions regarding the status of your rebate claim or if substantial time has elapsed since your application submission, please contact your Internal Sales Representative / Account Manager.
- Zebra Authorised Distributors may authorise their direct reseller to make an application on their behalf, but for such application to be effective the Zebra Authorised Distributor must notify Zebra in writing of such authorisation.
Trade-In Rebate Payment
Zebra Technologies Europe Ltd will issue a credit note against approved trade-in applications to channel partner.
