August 8 – 12: System Downtime

Due to required system maintenance, Zebra will experience a planned outage starting 4 p.m. U.S. Central Daylight Time (CDT) Wednesday, August 8th through 5 p.m. (CDT) Sunday, August 12th. The downtime impacts Zebra operations globally and will limit our ability to complete repairs during this time. Customer Support Teams will be available during the outage. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Follow the instructions on the pop-up screen or linked form to submit requests for repair authorisation for printer products. Fields marked with * are required. 

Note: If your unit is not covered by warranty or a service contract, a per incident price quotation will be provided by the Repair Help Desk. A form of payment will be required before repairs can begin.
