Russia Customers: Effective Immediately, Zebra has recently made changes to printer support and repair.

  • For technical support, please contact Zebra’s Technical Support Team by phone at 810 800 2040 1044 (follow prompts for technical support) or email, TSEmea@zebra.com

  • Zebra’s Repair Order Portal can now be used to submit and check status of printer repairs. Learn More about the Portal.

  • For repair support and repair authorizations, please contact Zebra’s Repair Help Desk by phone at 810 800 2040 1044 (follow the prompts for repair/non-technical support) or email, emea.ccc@zebra.com. Access and complete the repair authorization form [insert link] to submit a printer repair request.

Support is available in your local language Monday through Friday from 8 am – 6 pm.

South Africa Customers: Similar changes will be effective April 29, with a different dedicated phone number for South Africa customers to reach our Zebra Support Teams
