Effective Immediately in Japan: Required Cleaning of Mobile Computer and Scanning Devices Submitted for Repair

Due to operational safety requirements related to COVID-19, repair customers are kindly asked to clean mobile computer and scanning devices prior to sending them to the Zebra repair depot in Japan. All such devices must be cleaned, otherwise non-compliant packages will be quarantined for 72 hours before the device can be received for repair.
