Effective Immediately in Japan: Required Cleaning of Mobile Computer and Scanning Devices Submitted for Repair

Due to operational safety requirements related to COVID-19, repair customers are kindly asked to clean mobile computer and scanning devices prior to sending them to the Zebra repair depot in Japan. All such devices must be cleaned, otherwise non-compliant packages will be quarantined for 72 hours before the device can be received for repair. Reopening of Operations at Zebra’s Repair Center in South Africa for Customers with Certification from the government of South Africa.

In accordance with recently updated government coronavirus directives, Zebra’s Repair Center in South Africa has now resumed repair operations for customers who have received appropriate certification from the government of South Africa. As a result, for those customers, Zebra can receive, repair, and ship customer devices from our repair location in South Africa.
