Mark Kirstein

Mark is responsible for Zebra’s Mobility DNA software strategy that enables customers and partners to deliver powerful enterprise class applications, manage complex deployments, and deliver improved user experiences on Zebra’s industry leading Mobile Computers. He possesses over 20 years of technical and architectural experience in inventing patentable enterprise-class software and a successful track record of building innovation technology and strong teams.

Mark had held leadership positions with Antenna Software as Vice President of Engineering, and Dexterra as Vice President Engineering & Product Management for the Mobile application framework and Work Force Management application suite targeted at Field Service & Route Service.

Wayne Harper

Wayne Harper is the Senior Technical Director for Zebra Technologies in Asia Pacific. Wayne joins Zebra from the acquisition of Motorola Solutions’ Enterprise business. He is currently responsible for ensuring quality Pre-Sales technical support across Asia Pacific.

In Motorola Solutions since 1997, Wayne was instrumental in guiding the pre-sales technical support team towards the design of end-to-end technology solutions, empowering businesses with enterprise asset intelligence. These business-to-business solutions include Wireless Network designs, Software application support, Mobile computing and printing.

Wayne consults businesses across Zebra’s key trade verticals across Asia Pacific, where he oversees the consolidation of customer requirements, business reviews and process re-organisation.

Wayne has held numerous roles during his career, most recently as Acting General Manager / Technical Director Pre-Sale Engineering Asia Pacific at Motorola Solutions. Prior to joining in 1997, Wayne held managerial IT roles at major retail, finance and logistics companies throughout Australia. Wayne is also one of the founding contributors to Symbol Technology’s first ever GPRS Wide Area Network (WAN) mobile computer.

Wayne is based in Zebra’s Melbourne Australia office.

Leo Lowy

Leo is the Director for Software product management, which includes Zebra’s printer Operating Systems, Label Design apps and Software Development Kits. He has been with Zebra for 16 years.

Ernest Wang

Ernest joined Shanghai Terra Nova as General Manager in 1998. He has been playing a key role in setting the firm's strategic direction as well as business development.

In 2005, he established a dedicating team for mobile computing. Starting form 2007,the solutions created by him helping industry key players win global awards in banking, education, fashion, FMCG, health care, restaurant, pharmaceutical.

Ernest has proven over the years in his ability to turn cutting edge technology, art and math into true business value. His slogan is providing measurable, valuable, reliable and state of the art services to customers.

Conference Registration Desk - Throughout the duration of the APAC APPFORUM event, Zebra will staff a Registration Desk, which will be located directly outside of the designated conference meeting space.

Fine Print

Registration Fee: $99. Fee increases to $149 on October 16, 2015, so register early. Proceeds from the registration fee are used to defray the costs of bringing this event to you. APPFORUM 2015 provides attendees with all meals and adult beverages, as well as public event area WIFI for all of your coding needs.

Accommodations: You are responsible for your own travel costs. Zebra will be paying for 2 nights (16 & 17 Nov) of lodging accommodation costs.

Cancellations: Should you need to cancel, your registration fee is refundable if you cancel your registration by midnight CDT October 31st. Reservations made after October 31st will be charged at the $149 fee and are non-refundable.
