Guy Yehiav is CEO of Profitect, the leading prescriptive analytics provider for retail and CPG. He is responsible for setting Profitect’s growth and leadership strategy based on market conditions, adding customer and shareholder value and developing employees’ careers.
Under Mr. Yehiav’s leadership, Profitect has seen triple-digit growth for two consecutive years and was acquired by Zebra Technologies. The company has also been recognized for achievements in innovation, customer services, and total cost of operations from the Retail Industry Leaders Association (RILA) and the RIS Software LeaderBoard. In 2018, Profitect was presented with its third consecutive Retailers’ Choice Award by RILA.
Prior to Profitect, Mr. Yehiav served as Vice President Sales & Strategy for Oracle’s value chain planning solutions where he was responsible for sales, strategy, and customer success. His team oversaw a 1,000 percent expansion of Oracle’s Supply Chain Planning business. He also directed Demantra’s Global Professional Service Group, creating methodologies and infrastructure through value chain transformations that enabled demand-driven and seamless operations for Fortune 1000 companies. Previously, Mr. Yehiav served as founder of Demantra US, a leading global provider of demand-driven planning solutions, which was acquired by Oracle in 2006.
Fluent in English, French, and Hebrew, Mr. Yehiav has a passion for teaching, which started with educating high-school students pro bono in his native country of Israel. He continues to teach pro bono, now as a guest lecturer on professional selling, entrepreneurship, and statistics for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and Babson College.
Mr. Yehiav holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science & Industrial Management from Shenkar College of Israel and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College. He currently lives in Wellesley, Mass. with his wife, Maya, and their three daughters.
