With WiNG Express, smaller businesses now have access to the latest wireless technology and always-on capability trusted by large enterprises. In addition, the portfolio contains purpose built enterprise-grade products for midsize businesses that will allow customers to scale their network with their business.

WiNG EXPRESS FAST PROVISIONING

WiNG Express products can be configured and deployed in about 5 minutes. After powering on the access point, user can connect to “WiNGExpress” SSID and go to www.zebra.com/wingexpress to configure the access point. Once an access point is configured, the user can enable the virtual controller feature and let the access point configure and manage additional access points by simply adding them to the network.

WiNG EXPRESS USER INTERFACE

WiNG Express is Zebra’s powerful enterprise-class WLAN operating system wrapped in an easy-to-use and easy-to understand graphical user interface that makes end-to-end deployment and management of WLAN network easy for midsize businesses. The user interface provides a concise menu with time tracked network and client information. As such, WiNG Express User Interface empowers smaller businesses with valuable information available to enterprise customers in a meaningful way, allowing your business to leverage wireless applications to drive business.

INTELLIGENT MESH NETWORKING*

To enable the extension of wireless network coverage to areas where Ethernet cabling is cost-prohibitive or otherwise impractical, the AP 6562E can operate wirelessly, connecting to other access points for data backhaul, in a mesh topology. The AP 6562E provides robust data connections throughout the network by leveraging Zebra's MeshConnex™. MeshConnex provides efficient routing, low latency, low routing overhead, high-speed handoffs and proven scalability. The AP 6562E delivers superior performance in hotels and resorts covering pool areas, in retail environments covering parking lots, outdoor yards in distribution centers, and education campus outdoor areas.

HIGH PERFORMANCE DUAL-RADIO DESIGN

The AP 6562E is an independent, dual radio access point designed to lower the cost of deploying and operating a secure, reliable 802.11n wireless LAN outdoor. The AP 6562E features dual MIMO radios with superior receive and transmit sensitivity. One radio can be used for client access while the second radio is used for simultaneous client access on a different frequency band. The AP 6562E is a site survivable wireless access point that can act as a virtual controller coordinating the activities of 24 neighboring access points.

IMPROVE YOUR GUEST EXPERIENCE

Deploying a simple outdoor extension to the indoor wireless network comes naturally with AP 6562E, allowing hospitality customers the ability to reach outdoors with applications targeted toward guest experience and concierge, expedited check-in and valet, or toward revenue generation in pool and guest access areas.

ARCHITECTURE FLEXIBILITY

TAP 6562E includes a self optimizing algorithm of a virtual controller, which allows network services to scale securely without configuring additional access points.
Additionally, midsize businesses can scale their network with WiNG Express Manager, which can expand a network to include different WiNG Express access points and different sites supporting up to 1,024 access points.
