Repair Service Dashboards
Repair Service Dashboards are included with your Zebra OneCare Essential and Select support contracts. Our Dashboards provide a configurable, web-based tool that enables a series of reports that analyze repair, replacement and Help Desk statuses as well as a relevant view to Repair Resolutions for all products under contract. These password-protected reports can be accessed by customers via login.
Customers must supply their information prior to set up of Login Credentials and Dashboards, a process that can take up to 10 business days from receipt of the necessary information. Please supply your information using the form below:
