How to add a network printer using Windows 10?

All ZPL based Printers except ZQ110, EM220, EM220II
Resolution / Answer
- Open the Windows control panel and Devices and Printers.
- Click on “Add a printer”.
- Click on “The printer that I want isn’t listed”.
- Select the option “Add a local printer or network printer with manual settings”.
- Select “Create a new port” and pick “ZDesigner Port Monitor” from the list.
- Enter the printer IP address in both the empty fields, then confirm and click on next. If you don’t know what is the printer IP address and you want to assign it, kindly check this article.
- Select “ZDesigner” on the left and the printer model on the right.
- Change the printer name, if needed.
- Select the option that fits you needs.
- Print a test page to test the communication between computer and printer.
