Invalid data on track x of magnetic stripe
Why is CardStudio raising this error when data is valid?
Resolution / Answer
Please navigate to the ZXP7 printer in Devices and Printers (Win 7) or Printers & Scanners (Win 10) and open Printer Properties for your printer.
Change the printer's name from Zebra ZXP Series 7 (USB or Network) Card Printer to any other name and press OK
You may simply want to add a letter or number to the existing name or change it completely.
In CardStudio select the new name of the printer as the destination device for further printing and encoding.
The software will have established a new connection with the printer and will no longer raise the error when encoding.
