Resolution / Answer
UCODE 9 and Monza R6 tags only support permalocking and do not have Access and Kill passwords like most RAIN RFID chips. These tag ICs are Gen2v2 and ISO compliant, but require a Lock command payload of FFFFFh to permanently lock memory.
This is supported on Zebra Link-OS printers via the ^RLM command. To permalock UCODE 9 or Monza R6 chip, a 5th parameter "t" must be specified in the ^RLM command: ^RLM,P,P,P,P,P
||NOTE Monza R6 and UCODE 9 do not support Access or Kill passwords. Attempting to encode an Access or Kill password on these chips will result in voided labels.
||NOTE ZebraDesigner Pro Version 2.5 does not support the extra 5th parameter required to permalock these chips. As a workaround, manually add the ZPL to the label or consider upgrading to ZebraDesigner Pro Version 3.
