How do you reset the RFID Counters?

ZQ520R, ZD500R, ZE500R, ZT620R, ZT420R, RZ400, RZ600, ZT610R and ZT410R

Resolution / Answer

The ~RO command resets the advanced counters used by the printer to monitor label generation in inches, centimeters, and number of labels.

The 'RFID VALID' and 'RFID VOID' counters can be seen on the configuration label and depending on which printer is being used, on the printer's LCD as well.

Resetting the Advanced Counter

~RO – Reset Advanced Counters

 Format ~ROc

 c = counter number

 Accepted Values for c:

1 = reset counter 1
2 = reset counter 2
3 = reset valid RFID label counter
4 = reset voided RFID label counter

C = reset head cleaned counter a
R = reset head replaced counter a

Default Value: a value must be specified or the command is ignored
