Adding the Ethernet Option to an existing Zebra Card Printer

Article ID: 49030471

The purpose of this article is to provide users information on upgrading their Zebra printers with an Ethernet option

Applies To

  • Zebra Value Card Printers (P100i, P110i, P120i)
  • Zebra Performance Card Printers (P330i, P430i)
  • Zebra Security Card Printers (P630i, P640i)
  • ZXP Series 1 and Series 3

Zebra card printers can be upgraded to the Zebra 10/100 base print server. Users may need this option to get the printer connected to their network and not rely on a single PC connected via USB.

You can have the printer upgraded through your service provided or Zebra Repair Depot. You may also order the upgrade kit through your reseller and install it yourself. However, it is highly recommended that a certified technician performs the upgrade. Check our website if you need to find an Zebra Authorized Service Provider. Read more>>
