Details

 If the barcode will not scan check the following: 

  • Check to see if scanner OK.
  • Check if the barcode was created is Windows based or built-in.
  • Check if the printout is Landscape or Portrait.
    • If it is set in portrait check then validity of barcode.
  • If the barcode is OK then check for light print and distortion on the paper
  • Check for print speed => slow down to 6 to 10 
     

Also check the barcode validity and light print and distortion on paper as well. If built in barcode Check validity of barcode
