Symptom

An extra character(s) appears in the barcode when using a database value creating a barcode with specific data requirements

Applies To

CardStudio using a database

Cause or Overview

Example: If an extra digit is being added to the EAN 13 barcode when printing from a database verify the Database Properites "Trailing Decimals" value is set to "0" 

Solution

Change the Trailing Decimals value from the default  "1" to "0"
