Ethernet Status Indicator Light is Flashing Green.

Details

When the status indicator light flashes green rapidly (approximately 9 times per second), this indicates that the printer has not detected the presence of the network.

When the status indicator light flashes green rapidly (approximately 9 times per second), this indicates that the printer has not detected the presence of the network.

1. Turn off printer. Disconnect and reconnect the Ethernet cable from both the printer and the port. Turn on  power. If still flashing rapidly go to #2.

2. Verify that the Ethernet cable is a 10BASE-T with RJ-45 connectors, and that the network port that it is plugged into is set for a speed of 10 HALF.

3. If still not working, disconnect printer and connect to a known good network connection. If still having trouble contact technical support.

When the status indicator light flashes green slowly (approximately 1 time per second), this indicates that the printer is either receiving data or in the middle of a print job
