Details

The ZQ500 has two versions of BT radio. The standalone BT 4.0 radio, or the optional Dual radio version which supports BT 3.0/ 802.11 a/b/g/n.

In the ZQ520 brochure, you’ll see the ZQ5 standalone BT 4.0 is a ** “Bluetooth 4.0 Smart Ready Low Energy radio”, this radio supports both classic BT communication and low energy mode.

**Bluetooth Smart Ready describes devices that use a dual-mode radios. These can handle both the 4.0 technology as well as classic Bluetooth functions.
