Checking the Known Mobile Units on an Access Point

Answer

The Known Mobile Units list has not been refreshed. This can occur if there are unknown mobile units on the Known Mobile Units list or there are mobile units on the list that are no longer connected to the network.
  1. From the AP menu select Special Functions Menu.
  2. Select Clear MU Table.
  3. This action won’t take affect until the AP is reset.  It can be reset from the Special Functions Menu by selecting Reset AP.
  4. Open the Show Mobile Units Menu and select Regular.
  5. From there you will see all associated Mobile Units.
