Configuring MSP so Mobile Devices Are Not Required to Log into the MSA Client

How to change the setting in MSP to allow clients to connect to the MSP without a log in prompt. Why am I being prompted by the MSA to log in on the mobile device?


MSP v1.x


The default setting in MSP is to have Mobile Devices log in.
  1. Connect to the MSP console and log in with Administrator permissions.
  2. In the MSP console click on the Administration Tab.
  3. Click on Services.
  4. Click on the MobileWindowsEM Service.
  5. Click on the Configuration Tab.
  6. Set the require-agent-login variable to false.
  7. Click on Apply
  8. Select the System Information Link.
  9. Click on Restart to Restart the MSP.
