Overview

When using Internet Explorer (IE) a double tap will magnify (zoom in) the screen. This is often referred to as double-tap-zoom functionality.
Double-tap-zoom allows a user to temporarily magnify the html page.

 

Resolution

Option 1: Add a user style sheet in IE settings

1.1. Create a Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) which includes the following -ms-touch-action and/or -ms-content-zooming property.

-ms-content-zooming: none;
}

1.2. Open IE Settings> Internet Options> Accessibility>
1.3. Enable 'Format document using my style sheet' under User style sheet.
1.4. Browse for the .css file created from step 1.1.
1.5. Hit OK to save then close IE settings
