Resolution / Answer

In soti mobicontrol there is a feature  that can help you see some changes on the settings of the terminal

This Feature may not work for all the settings

Form the console select a device and send the script "watchsettings on"
Change the desire setting on the terminal. In this article we will change the screen timeout. In the log windows you will get "Custom log (URI:content://settings/system SETTING:screen_off_timeout VALUE:300000)" whete the timeout is set for 5 minutes.

From the above log you need to extract the settings type, settings name and settings value. The type will be system (sys) or secure (sec).
The command format will be writesecuresetting -<settings type> <settings name> <settings value>
In this case, the script will be "Writesecuresetting –sys screen_off_timeout 300000. Which can be used for mass deployment.
Once done with the setting you can turn off this logs by the command "watchsettings off"
