Using BTExplorer (StoneStreet One) Stack:
1. Apply the below registry:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\SymbolBluetooth]
"SSStack"=dword:1
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stonestreet One\BTExplorer\Remote Devices]
"DeviceFile"="\\Application\\BTExplorer.dat"
"FavoriteDevicesFile"="\\Application\\BTFavorites.dat"
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Stonestreet One\BTExplorer\Device Settings]
"LastPowerState" = dword:00000001

3. Make sure audio is routed to Bluetooth headset.
4. Perform cold boot.
* After a cold boot, Bluetooth radio is re-enabled and Bluetooth headset connection should be restored.
