Answer

  • Store files on storage card.
  • Delete large, unnecessary files.
  1. Store files on a storage card. Tap Start-->Programs-->File Explorer.  Tap and hold the file, and tap Cut. Browse to the storage card folder and tap Edit-->Paste.
  2. Move mail attachments to a storage card.
  3. Delete unnecessary files. Tap Start-->Programs-->File Explorer.  Tap and hold the file, and tap Delete.
  4. Delete large files.  To find your largest files, tap Start-->Find.  In the Type list, tap Larger than 64 KB, and then tap Go.
  5. In Internet Explorer, delete all files and clear history.
  6. Remove programs you no longer use.
  7. Stop programs you are not currently using.  In most cases, programs automatically stop to free needed memory.  However, in some situations, such as when confirmation dialog boxes are waiting for a user response, the program may not be able to automatically stop.  To check the state of your active programs, tap Start-->Settings-->System-->Memory-->Running Program stab.  Tap the program you want to view and then tap Activate.  Close any open windows or messages and return the program to list view.  If this doesn't work, you can stop the program manually.  First, make sure that your work is saved by closing open items and returning the program to list view.  Then, stop the program by tapping Stop or Stop All on the Running Programs tab.
  8. Reset your device, as described in the device’s Product Reference Guide.
