It is sometimes necessary to default/reset the ZebraNet PrintServer II to correct network connectivity issues
ZebraNet PrintServer II
When installing your printer, it may be necessary to reset your print server. When you first power on the printer and connect the Ethernet cable, the print server will expect to be assigned an IP address immediately. If this does not occur within two minutes, it will default to 192.168.254.254 or 220.127.116.11 (depending on version firmware). When this happens, the only way to communicate with the printer is to reset the print server.
