Using the wrong power supply with the G-Series printer will affect the printer function

Use of the wrong power supply with the G Series Desktop printers can cause one of the following problems to occur due to insufficient power.

  • Grinding noises
  • Light or faded print 

If you are experiencing printing problems as described make sure you have the proper power supply for your printer. Always use the approved power supply for your printer.
