Wavelink Key Press issue - wrong character
Article ID: 47462758
While using the Wavelink TE client on the MC55 with the QWERTY keyboard the period key will produce a 0 when the orange key is engaged even though the 0 key is a separate key on the unit.
The period and 0 key on the MC55 QWERTY keyboard should produce the correct character no matter the state of the Orange key.
The Wavelink TE client sends an incorrect scancode when the period key is pressed while the orange key modifier is engaged.
Wavelink has updated the client so that the same scancode is sent to the host when the period key is pressed regardless of the state of the orange key.
This issue has been resolved in v7.3.175 of the Wavelink TE client for the MC55.
Customers should upgrade to the latest version of the Wavelink TE client that is listed on the Wavelink website for the MC55 ( Read More>>).
