Invalid Channel Error due to misconfigured printer wlan settings

Qln Series and ZQ500 Series Mobile Printers


The wireless lan setting must be properly configured to support the intended network connectivity. A misconfigured printer wlan setting can cause an Invalid Channel Error. Verify the wlan region, country, channel list, and band setting are correct to assure proper compatibility using the SetGetDo getvar command.

Open the Zebra Setup Utility Communications window and send the following SGD Commands to the printer to determine the wlan settings.

! U1 getvar "wlan.region_code"

! U1 getvar "wlan.country_code"

! U1 getvar "wlan.user_channel_list"

! U1 getvar "wlan.allowed_band"
