Battery Life Information

Battery life for the MZ & iMZ printers can be affected by age of the battery, printing speed, communications being used, darkness and temperature. This document details the expected battery life for these printers with the different communication settings being used. Read More>>
 

Date Code Details

The date of manufacture can be determined with a code that is printed on the MZ series batteries.  A battery older than one year may show shortened battery life.

The first five characters of the code represents the day of the year that the battery was manufactured and the year that the battery was manufactured as follows DDD YY
