Zebra RFID printers can encode RFID tags  On Pitch as long as the tags meet the placement spec for the 'y' value which is the distance between the inlay antenna leading edge to the next inlay antenna leading edge.
See Zebra RFID Placement Specifications for your printer.  Read More>>
The R110XiHF and R110PAX4 can not encode On Pitch.
Note: There are no placement specifications for the R110Xi4.   The RFID calibration will detect the position of the inlay position and adjust accordingly.
Also, the coupler array in the RXi4 was designed to support  on-pitch encoding of tags spaced at 16mm.
