To configure the ZQ110 for WLAN communication, you will need to use the USB cable that came with the unit to connect it to a PC.  Once connected, download and open the "Net Configuration Tool" from the ZQ110 support page on Zebra.com.  Read More>>

Once the unit has been successfully connected you can use the utility to configure your unit for your network.  All default information will be set within the utility until you modify to the necessary settings.  To modify the printer port number you will have to access the System Information tab.  This tab will also provide the firmware version and MAC Address of the unit as well as the Printer Name (Host Name):

Once all of the necessary settings have been set using the utility, click "Save".  This will send the new configuration to the printer and will require a reboot of the unit for the settings to be applied.  At this point, so long as the proper settings were applied, the unit should boot up with a green light on the WLAN indicator and be accessible on the network.
