August 8 – 12: System Downtime

Due to required system maintenance, Zebra Service Operations is experiencing a planned outage from 4 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) Wednesday, August 8 until 8 p.m. U.S. Central Standard Time (CST) Sunday, August 12. The downtime impacts Zebra Service Operations globally and limits our ability to complete repairs during this time. Software downloads will continue to be available during the outage.

Customer Support Teams are available during the outage. The system outage affects non-Services operations (including hardware orders), as well, and these capabilities will be fully restored Monday, August 13th at 5 p.m. (CDT). We apologize for any inconvenience.
