What you need to setup a ZSB Series printer

 The latest version of the ZSB Series app for the most up-to-date features.

A computer or phone with built-in Bluetooth or a Bluetooth adapter.

 A Wi-Fi connection with a strong signal. Captive portal Wi-Fi networks (a network where a password needs to be entered in a web browser) are not supported.


How to set up your printer

Step 1

Unbox and turn on your printer

 Open the box and set aside the printer, Quick Start Guide, power cord, and power supply.

 Open the printer cover and remove the shipping insert. Pull the first label out to the edge of the printer and close the printer cover.

 Connect the power cord and the power supply, and then plug in the printer.

 Connect the power cord and the power supply, and then plug in the printer.

 Recycle or compost your packaging material.

Step 2

Download the ZSB Series app

 Download/install and launch the app applicable to your device.

 Create a ZSB Series account using your email or a Google, Apple, or Facebook social login.

 Follow the guided printer setup steps to register the printer to your ZSB Series account.

ZSB Series app includes

 Automatic printer driver installation for Mac and Windows. Printer driver installation does not apply to iOS and Android mobile devices.

 An installer with a guided printer setup process for an effortless printer installation.
