ZebraCare On-Site Standard - Two Day Response
Get a Zebra service technician to your facility within two business days on requests received before 4:30pm EST (Monday through Friday).
With this option, all Zebra printers under this service agreement receive at no additional cost:
- On-site response with “parts in hand”
- All genuine Zebra™ parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
- All travel with no mileage fees
- Currently only available in the U.S.
Comprehensive Coverage can be added to your service agreements to include printhead replacement and physical damage repair.
ZebraCare On-Site Advantage – Next Day Response
Have a Zebra service technician at your facility the next business day on requests received before 4:30 p.m. EST.
With this option, all Zebra printers under this service agreement receive at no additional cost:
- On-site response with “parts in hand”
- All genuine Zebra™ parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
- All travel with no mileage fees
- Currently only available in the U.S.
