ZebraCare On-Site Standard - Two Day Response

Get a Zebra service technician to your facility within two business days on requests received before 4:30pm EST (Monday through Friday).

With this option, all Zebra printers under this service agreement receive at no additional cost:

  • On-site response with “parts in hand”
  • All genuine Zebra™ parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
  • All travel with no mileage fees
  • Currently only available in the U.S.

Comprehensive Coverage can be added to your service agreements to include printhead replacement and physical damage repair.

 

ZebraCare On-Site Advantage – Next Day Response

Have a Zebra service technician at your facility the next business day on requests received before 4:30 p.m. EST.

With this option, all Zebra printers under this service agreement receive at no additional cost:

  • On-site response with “parts in hand”
  • All genuine Zebra™ parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
  • All travel with no mileage fees
  • Currently only available in the U.S.

ZebraCare On-Site Advantage Plus – Same Day Response

When you need help fast, have a Zebra technician at your location within four hours on service requests received before 1:30 p.m. local time. (Available only in select locations.)

With this option, all Zebra printers under this service agreement receive at no additional cost:

  • On-site response with “parts in hand”
  • All genuine Zebra™ parts and labor (excluding printheads, accessories)
  • All travel with no mileage fees
  • Currently only available in the U.S.
